This decoy is an excellent example by Lem Ward of Crisfield, Maryland, of a content bufflehead drake. It was carved in his best decorative form. A silver tag on the bottom reads "L.T. Ward carver of wildfowl decoys since 1920". Excellent original paint & condition, signed and dated on the bottom.
